This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take charge of the comprehensive growth strategy for a portfolio of high-potential AEC accounts.
• Formulate and implement plans to optimize ARR through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution adoption.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers on a global scale.
• Develop and deliver ROI and business value analyses to support new investments in the Chaos ecosystem.
• Lead negotiations and finalize complex, multi-year expansion agreements.
• Identify opportunities for workflow transformation and position Chaos within clients’ design and visualization processes.
• Create and oversee a long-term sales pipeline while providing accurate forecasts for expansion revenue.
• Stay informed about global AEC industry trends, digital transformation efforts, competitive landscapes, and client innovation priorities.
• Collaborate with the global enterprise sales team and report to the Director of Enterprise Sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development within the AEC sector or a related technology field.
• Proven history of consistently surpassing expansion and net-new revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales setting.
• Established experience in managing and growing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with responsibility for upsell and cross-sell results across extended sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of AEC workflows, digital design and visualization technologies, including BIM and real-time rendering, as well as SaaS licensing models.
• Experience in negotiating and closing intricate, multi-year enterprise contracts, including executive-level business cases that illustrate TCO and ROI.
• Capability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements.
• Proficiency in building relationships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience in developing account plans and pipeline strategies utilizing data and account intelligence.
• Ability to generate commercial momentum and pinpoint expansion opportunities.
• Proficient in translating complex technical capabilities into business value narratives.
• High level of autonomy and self-discipline.
• Ability to analyze sales data, pipeline metrics, and market signals for prioritization and forecasting.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
