This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at large banking institutions.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and meet sales targets for critical financial services applications.
• Attain expertise in Neo4j’s product range and industry solutions.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations and proposals that highlight business value.
• Position Neo4j solutions in comparison to traditional relational databases and other competing technologies.
• Direct complex solution-based sales cycles utilizing strategic selling methods, including the Land & Expand approach.
• Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Acquire new clients and grow accounts within major financial institutions.
• Mentor and guide SDRs and Field Marketing in banking-specific target accounts and pipeline enhancement.
• Ensure precise CRM data entry and follow forecasting protocols.
• Establish partnerships with AWS, Google, and Microsoft Azure to promote cloud-first banking expansion.
• Work with cross-functional teams to tackle challenges related to fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and real-time risk management.
• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated success in enterprise software sales.
• Proven history of surpassing sales targets within the Financial Services sector.
• Experience in managing intricate enterprise sales processes focused on Data Warehousing, AI/ML, or Fraud/Risk Management.
• Capability to cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives at leading banks.
• Profound understanding of commercial open-source business models.
• Expertise in selling both on-premise and secure cloud/SaaS hybrid solutions in regulated environments.
• Skill in devising and implementing sales strategies tailored to the Banking and Securities sector.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Field Engineering teams.
• Ability to build relationships with CTOs, IT leaders, technical end users, Solution Architects, Professional Services, and Channel Partners.
• Preferred experience in selling complex technical solutions, subscription-based models, and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of graph technology, data management tools, or advanced data-driven technologies is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Salesforce, and MS Office is preferred.
