This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive Collibra's expansion within the designated East Coast territory.
• Act as a key influencer in conveying Collibra's value and vision to both customers and prospects.
• Oversee some of Collibra's major clients and prospects throughout the East Coast region.
• Build trusted and credible relationships through expertise in enterprise SaaS sales.
• Enhance Collibra's brand recognition and awareness regarding its solutions.
• Function as a Data Intelligence consultant during the entire customer journey.
• Stimulate demand, adoption, and growth for Collibra solutions within the territory.
• Identify new accounts, create greenfield opportunities, and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Generate demand for growth opportunities within current customers.
• Navigate complex deal cycles from lead generation and stakeholder identification to negotiations, closing, and expansion.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and colleagues in a consultative sales approach.
• Recognize value and ROI to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure reliable and precise forecasting using Salesforce updates that reflect real-time activities.
• Complete onboarding and engage with team members and functional peers in the first month.
• Establish a business pipeline in the East Coast territory by the third month.
• Create a solid base of prospective clients nearing closure by the sixth month.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding SaaS sales quotas.
• Strong preference for experience in the Data Management sector.
• A minimum of 6 years in new business and account management within SaaS/tech sales.
• Proficiency in initiating and managing complex direct sales cycles involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in selling new business and expansion opportunities to C-level executives in large enterprises.
• Background in managing consultative sales processes that emphasize value-based outcomes.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in data management sales, with familiarity in relevant sales methodologies and proven success.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to address business challenges, achieve measurable results, or optimize workflows.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
