Senior Engineering Manager, AI Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, offering feedback and facilitating career development conversations.

• Organize and prioritize tasks while conveying status updates and quality metrics for deliverables.

• Collaborate with Product teams to convert strategic goals into feasible roadmaps and engineering initiatives.

• Foster and maintain a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

• Play a key role in the design and execution of production systems.

• Take ownership of architectural decisions related to API design, integrations, and infrastructure.

• Oversee operational readiness, including observability, AI system assessments, and testing.

• Ensure AI applications remain efficient and economical while scaling.

• Influence the application of AI throughout the organization in partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of production experience in Python.

• A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

• Practical experience with contemporary AI/ML tools and frameworks.

• Proven track record of delivering complex systems with a significant customer impact.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
