Senior Engineer, NetScaler, Terraform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage and provide support for customers’ NetScaler/ADC environments.

• Ensure consistent, secure, and high-quality service delivery.

• Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps.

• Continuously improve existing Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies.

• Proactively enhance customer environments for stability, performance, security, and automation.

• Analyze and resolve intricate technical incidents.

• Manage incidents, changes, and technical escalations.

• Oversee small- to medium-sized service-related projects, from technical design through to implementation.

• Provide technical consulting to customers and serve as a technical liaison.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation.

• Self-learn new technologies and share insights with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in operating and developing complex IT infrastructures, as well as working in service or project environments.

• Strong knowledge of Citrix NetScaler/ADC.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Ansible, Git, or CI/CD is advantageous.

• Passion for new technologies and the ability to independently acquire new knowledge.

• Strong customer and service orientation.

• Collaborative team-oriented mindset.

• Organized, independent work style with a strong sense of accountability.

• Excellent written and spoken German.

• Proficient written and spoken English.
