Senior Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery management of medium to large-scale AWS programs across various functions.

• Administer project planning, assurance of delivery, verification, tracking and reporting, as well as risk and mitigation strategies.

• Ensure that programs achieve financial benefits and drive transformational results.

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects.

• Develop and implement multi-year strategies for product, application, and service portfolios in collaboration with engineering leaders.

• Guarantee quality execution and address potential customer concerns swiftly and effectively.

• Coordinate, assess, monitor, and communicate the health of programs.

• Contribute to strategies across the organization, team roadmaps, and service offerings.

• Promote continuous enhancement of team processes, services, and technologies.

• Foster a collaborative atmosphere and provide coaching or mentorship to team members.

• Recruit, inspire, and develop personnel focused on service delivery and client contract performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 8 years of experience in delivering digital transformation projects for global clients.

• Background in program management, client services, and/or management consulting.

• Proficiency in leading teams using agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and business leaders at all levels of large enterprises.

• Competence in business analysis and quantitative techniques for informed decision-making.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with and eagerness to learn about emerging trends in business research, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing.

• Experience with AWS is a significant advantage.

• Proven team management experience is essential.
