This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create structured service engagements that foster partnerships and mutual success with clients.
• Design, position, and successfully close professional services engagements focused on outcomes.
• Convert intricate DevSecOps and digital transformation projects into quantifiable results.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with division leaders, program managers, technical executives, clients, and partners.
• Conduct exploratory sessions with potential clients and Systems Integrators.
• Develop service proposals that align with customer success metrics and goals.
• Structure commercial proposals, encompassing staff augmentation and packaged services.
• Create custom-scoped Statements of Work (SOWs) and staffing plans for complex implementations.
• Collaborate with technical architects, delivery leaders, account executives, solutions architects, sales teams, and engagement leadership.
• Assist customers with scope, pricing, procurement, contracting, and acquisition processes.
• Oversee project- and account-level escalations.
• Position consulting, training, success tiers, and additional solutions effectively.
• Facilitate implementation roadmaps, enterprise strategy discussions, and executive-level requirement gathering.
• Forecast service bookings and monitor bookings, margins, and attachment KPIs.
• Manage the engagement lifecycle from discovery and pre-sales solutioning to delivery transition.
• Provide customer insights to enhance sales, delivery, and practice management.
• Offer recommendations on risk management, negotiation tactics, and commercial frameworks.
• Educate field teams on effectively positioning and selling professional services.
• Share industry trends and feedback to refine go-to-market materials and operational procedures.
• Proven progressive experience in structuring, scoping, and selling professional services engagements within the region.
• Demonstrated success in a pre-sales environment.
• Experience in conducting discovery sessions, creating outcome-focused proposals, and drafting custom Statements of Work (SOWs) and staffing plans for large, intricate implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps methodologies, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Capability to link technical solutions to mission objectives and measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an executive presence.
• Ability to forge trusted advisor relationships with division leaders, program managers, contracting stakeholders, and senior technical executives.
• Highly developed skills in facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Expertise in guiding customers through acquisition processes, commercial structures, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, solutions architecture, delivery, and operations teams.
• Capacity to work independently and asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple complex opportunities while ensuring accurate forecasting.
