This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle delivery for 2–4 simultaneous enterprise SaaS implementations, from the initial scoping phase through to go-live and hypercare.
• Define and oversee project documentation, which includes charters, RACI matrices, RAID logs, risk registers, and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead executive kick-off meetings, cadence calls, steering committee updates, and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify risks, changes in scope, and delivery obstacles, and drive their resolution.
• Manage implementation budgets typically ranging from $200K to $2M, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and aligning with revenue recognition.
• Collaborate on Statements of Work and Change Orders, ensuring consistency with scope, billing, and invoicing.
• Provide executive reporting through RAG status, dashboards, and health updates.
• Recognize cross-sell and upsell opportunities within ongoing engagements.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to create, enhance, and validate requirements documentation and functional designs.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows using AI-assisted methodologies.
• Drive the test strategy, plan User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test cases, and manage defects.
• Employ AI and analytics to evaluate test coverage, identify gaps, and enhance quality outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate on change management, training, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Analyze stakeholder engagement and sentiment using AI-driven tools like Gong.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams consisting of 3–8 members.
• Contribute to Conga’s Professional Services methodology, AI-enabled delivery playbooks, and best practices.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex implementations (over $500K), including integrations and organizational change.
• Strong expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, RocketLane, or MS Project.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to produce executive-ready documentation.
• Experience in facilitating requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and UAT cycles with enterprise clients.
• Working knowledge of SaaS integration patterns, REST APIs, and iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage complex programs, engage executive stakeholders, and drive execution in fast-paced settings.
