This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of the enterprise listening intake and consultation process for employee surveys and listening initiatives.
β’ Organize listening activities with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on timing, audience, and business goals.
β’ Keep track of listening activities across HR and other departments.
β’ Facilitate review processes to encourage alignment, minimize duplication, and manage employee survey fatigue.
β’ Maintain and communicate the enterprise listening calendar and key milestones effectively.
β’ Act as the program owner for enterprise employee listening surveys and initiatives.
β’ Coordinate the delivery across the Employee Listening & People Science team members and matrix partners.
β’ Assist in planning, readiness reviews, launch coordination, and follow-up after surveys.
β’ Monitor execution milestones, identifying risks, dependencies, and areas for delivery improvements.
β’ Ensure accurate loading of survey content, configuration of survey design, and administration of employee data.
β’ Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the HR Strategic Technology team and HR IT.
β’ Provide advice to HR partners on survey planning, platform capabilities, employee experience, and best practices for listening.
β’ Create tools, resources, templates, and guidance materials.
β’ Maintain accessible listening resources, guidance, and communications on internal platforms and intranet resources.
β’ Coordinate survey content, participant communications, translation, and readiness for multilingual surveys.
β’ Manage listening program configurations and oversee user access, permissions, and licensing.
β’ Validate survey content, organizational structures, and program setups.
β’ Collaborate with internal experts and vendors to ensure successful launches.
β’ Identify opportunities for process simplification, efficiency, user experience enhancement, and innovations in listening.
β’ Stay updated on trends in employee listening, advancements in technology, and leading practices.
β’ At least 7 years of experience in employee listening delivery, technical program ownership, survey research, workforce feedback, or a related area.
β’ Proven experience in coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
β’ Background in supporting employee surveys, listening programs, research initiatives, or workforce feedback activities.
β’ Experience in leading highly visible governance processes.
β’ Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship-building.
β’ Experience in large, matrixed organizations is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with employee listening platforms, survey configuration, user access, licensing, or reporting resources.
β’ Experience in coordinating global or multilingual survey programs and partnering with technology teams or external vendors.
β’ If working from home occasionally or permanently, a broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required.
