This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate and assist with HR Operations processes throughout the entire team member lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, and offboarding.
• Provide answers and guidance to team members, managers, and HR partners regarding HR programs, processes, and systems.
• Proactively anticipate needs, recognize potential challenges, and implement actions that promote a seamless HR experience.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of team member information in HR systems.
• Identify and rectify data inconsistencies and process-related issues.
• Support annual initiatives such as open enrollment and performance management.
• Optimize workflows and enhance HR service delivery.
• Create and maintain job aids, knowledge articles, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders on HR programs and initiatives.
• Engage in acquisitions, integrations, system enhancements, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, Specialist, Generalist, or in a comparable role.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resource Administration, or a related field.
• Strong preference for experience managing a complete onboarding process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and technology platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual setting.
• Service-oriented mindset for problem-solving.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
• Adaptability to change, ambiguity, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to contribute to process improvements and initiatives aimed at operational efficiency.
• Ideal candidate should be based in the Pacific Standard Time zone or willing to align working hours with PST.
• Preferred certification as a Senior Professional in HR.
