πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the creation, execution, and management of worldwide compensation and benefits programs.

β€’ Assess compensation practices and benefit options, suggesting cost-efficient and competitive modifications.

β€’ Maintain compensation frameworks and ensure market competitiveness.

β€’ Assist with executive compensation, equity benchmarks, and presentations for the compensation committee.

β€’ Administer annual compensation planning, encompassing increases, bonuses, and equity plans.

β€’ Evaluate, support, and renew benefit plans.

β€’ Coordinate open enrollment and vendor education and communication efforts.

β€’ Supervise HR technology interface file feeds and data transfers.

β€’ Reconcile monthly benefit invoices.

β€’ Manage the 401(k) plan and provide support to the 401(k) committee.

β€’ Handle Family Medical Leave processes and create policies related to benefits, PTO, and leave.

β€’ Conduct salary surveys and keep track of compensation data.

β€’ Deliver employee education regarding benefits programs.

β€’ Ensure compliance with laws concerning compensation and benefits, including audits and 5500 filings.

β€’ Collaborate with Payroll on changes related to compensation and benefits, reconciliations, discrepancies, and accurate pay processing.

β€’ Facilitate new-hire workflows and process enhancements.

β€’ Own the reporting of HR metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

β€’ Lead the development of new processes, policies, and workflows across HR systems and operations.

β€’ Formulate a strategy for AI in HR.

β€’ Revise HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational values.

β€’ Advocate for change management regarding HR systems, processes, policies, and updates.

β€’ Promote continuous improvement by leveraging technology to streamline and standardize HR processes.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in total rewards, particularly in compensation and benefits.

β€’ At least 3 years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device sectors.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; education may be substituted.

β€’ Strong understanding of federal and state employment regulations.

β€’ Required expertise in US benefits and compensation.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of benefit and leave laws across the United States.

β€’ Experience with change initiatives, process enhancements, and/or simplification efforts.

β€’ Background in grade structures and wage bands.

β€’ Proven experience in evaluating jobs and establishing role grade levels based on job functions.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, data management, and their implications for HR systems.

β€’ Knowledge in evaluating, designing, implementing, and managing health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, accommodations, workers' compensation, and wellness programs both in the US and internationally.

β€’ Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and assessing components of incentive plans.

β€’ Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail abilities.
