This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
β’ Oversee and address intricate employee relations challenges.
β’ Carry out workplace investigations, document findings, and implement necessary measures.
β’ Offer coaching, support, and direction to both managers and employees.
β’ Assist with requests for workplace accommodations.
β’ Manage pay transparency inquiries for the Americas region.
β’ Engage with managers and organize associated pay transparency efforts.
β’ Work collaboratively with global teams to advocate for change and drive continuous improvement within HR.
β’ Investigate, design, and execute automation projects.
β’ Support daily operations by managing and resolving cases in ServiceNow in alignment with SLAs.
β’ Exhibit a thorough understanding of Workday HRIS functionalities.
β’ Assume independent responsibility for tasks within the designated scope.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Partner with People Advisory teams on global initiatives and processes.
β’ Report directly to the Regional Head of People Advisory.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree along with 4+ years of pertinent experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) in Human Resources within a multi-state context, emphasizing employee relations.
β’ Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or a similar certification is highly preferred.
β’ In-depth knowledge of employment practices, policies, procedures, and all applicable state and federal employment regulations.
β’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
β’ Dedicated to providing exceptional, inclusive service to both employees and managers.
β’ Strong proactive and collaborative skills in cross-cultural and virtual environments.
β’ Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system.
β’ Familiarity with HRIS, preferably Workday.
β’ Experience with PowerBI reporting.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Occasional travel (under 5%) may be necessary.
β’ Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
