This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Gather, assess, and prepare information for client inquiries and interactions with the client team.
• Ensure that all client deliverables are precise and undergo peer review before distribution.
• Oversee designated client-team responsibilities, which include Forms 5500, policy assessments, monthly carrier reports, and updates to BenefitPoint, AMS, and other relevant software.
• Manage specific project-management tasks assigned to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls alongside team members.
• Offer support and collect information for clients' everyday inquiries.
• Attend meetings with consultants and vendors, as well as internal and external training sessions.
• Independently oversee assigned project elements and deliverables.
• Adhere to internal timelines.
• Conduct research and create financial analyses through data gathering, scrutiny, and interpretation.
• Create rate and financial spreadsheets.
• Assist with the execution of client RFPs, including analysis of RFP results and follow-up with insurance carriers.
• Examine SPDs and contracts for technical correctness.
• Investigate health and welfare compliance queries with support from the client team and internal resources.
• Familiarity with employer-sponsored health and welfare plans, along with federal and state regulations affecting these plans.
• Acquire a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License within the first 90 days of employment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in health and welfare.
• A resourceful, proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong business acumen paired with a keen intellectual curiosity.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in multitasking, managing competing priorities, and exercising effective time management skills.

• A strong client-service orientation and prompt communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• BA/BS preferred.
