This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead and conduct advanced power system analyses, including ampacity, short circuit, grounding, harmonics, transients, and more.
• Act as a technical authority and project leader, ensuring precision, quality, and innovation in all deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to convert analyses into practical solutions for grid modernization and renewable energy integration.
• Mentor and guide engineers by sharing best practices and technical knowledge to enhance the team's capabilities.
• Promote process enhancements and help contribute to strategic initiatives that will shape the future of EVS power studies.
• Engage in renewable energy and grid projects nationwide.
• Expertise in power system modeling utilizing tools such as ETAP, CYMCAP, WinIGS, CDEGS, EMTP, or PSCAD.
• Solid understanding of industry standards (IEEE, ICEA, NFPA, NEC, ANSI) and their practical implementation.
• Experience in analytical and programming tasks using Excel, MathCAD, and Python (preferred).
• Possession of a PE license is highly preferred.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, complemented by strong communication and leadership abilities.
