This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Take charge of the program coordination framework behind enterprise initiatives.
• Manage multi-capability enterprise programs, encompassing sequencing, tracking, and reporting logistics.
• Facilitate cross-functional program coordination for large-scale sales events like CASS and NADA.
• Assist Sales Training & Effectiveness leaders and functional leads with operational and data support.
• Oversee daily project management within the Market Readiness GTM portfolio.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, blockers, and constraints from kickoff to launch.
• Ensure precise program documentation and provide backup coverage across active programs.
• Coordinate ongoing enterprise initiatives such as NADA Seller Readiness, SHIFT rollout logistics, SolidRoad adoption tracking, and other readiness programs.
• Manage project plans and cross-functional planning schedules for large-scale sales events.
• Track content and training readiness, escalating any timeline and scope conflicts.
• Contribute to post-event analysis, survey design, feedback synthesis, and post-mortem facilitation.
• Schedule and lead coordination meetings; monitor progress and identify bottlenecks, risks, and trade-offs.
• Implement capacity-planning inputs and timelines as determined by the Director.
• Lead project initiation and coordinate post-project reviews.
• Compile standard and ad-hoc reports, preparing data inputs for enterprise-level effectiveness reporting.
• Generate and oversee recurring and custom report requests.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance coordination, tracking, scheduling, reporting, and data compilation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8 years of program or project management experience, including complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines; or a master’s degree and 6 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years of experience; or 12 years of program or project management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise project/program management tools, including project-planning, work-management, and dashboarding platforms such as Smartsheet.
• Advanced proficiency in data and reporting, including structuring, synthesizing, and visualizing program and capacity data.
• Proven experience with AI and automation tools for coordination, reporting, and program management.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination abilities, including managing handoffs and dependencies.
• Experience in program-managing large-scale events or multi-workstream initiatives from start to finish.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar project/program management certifications.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, with robust organizational follow-through and the capacity to manage shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
