This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Oversee the overall performance of partner ecommerce websites.
• Regularly meet with partners, manage partner relationships, and handle ad hoc requests.
• Utilize analytics to influence purchasing, stock management, and merchandising decisions.
• Enhance customer journeys and optimize conversion rates by collaborating with design and development teams.
• Maximize revenue through the management of products, categories, and marketing campaigns.
• Act as the internal representative for partners while maintaining brand integrity.
• Lead product stakeholders in producing accurate product photography and descriptions.
• Ensure that website layouts and content adhere to partner brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Secure necessary approvals from internal teams and partners.
• Monitor website performance and establish and refine KPIs.
• Manage website optimization strategies, audience targeting, online use cases, and their execution.
• Support PPC, SEO, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and push marketing initiatives.
• Validate testing for new changes prior to live implementation.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Ecommerce Trading Director.
• A minimum of 5 years of ecommerce operations experience managing multiple retail websites, preferably on Shopify.
• Experience in the sports, entertainment, or licensed goods industries is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Shopify and advanced analytics platforms.
• A deep understanding of shopping cart optimization and customer funnel analysis.
• Ability to lead product and merchandising decisions by quantifying their impact on the bottom line.
• Ability to influence and align both internal and external partners at all levels on data-driven strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized project manager capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Familiarity with UX methodologies and website management platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Availability for occasional extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders across international platforms and countries.
