This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume responsibility for the P&L, sales performance, profitability, and overall business strategy for a portfolio of high-value client accounts.
• Create and implement annual and quarterly business plans aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor to clients, providing data-driven business solutions.
• Establish executive-level relationships with client stakeholders and retail partners.
• Discover new business opportunities within existing accounts and through the acquisition of new clients.
• Manage operations on Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Formulate strategies for pricing, promotions, product assortment, and content.
• Keep track of business metrics, market trends, competitive activities, and category performance.
• Lead negotiations with retailers, promotional planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Oversee content optimization and manage the digital shelf effectively.
• Conduct client business reviews, quarterly planning sessions, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with teams across merchandising, content, marketing, operations, analytics, and retailer support.
• Mentor junior account managers and contribute to the development of the team.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements.
• Analyze sales trends, profitability, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
• Prepare executive-level reports, KPI dashboards, and business reviews.
• Utilize data and insights to influence client strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management.
• At least 5 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central is required.
• Proven success in managing large or strategic client accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Preferred experience with Walmart.com, Wayfair, Target Plus, Home Depot, Lowe's, Overstock, or other major online marketplaces.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, e-commerce merchandising, content strategy, and online retail operations.
• Previous experience in leading client business reviews and delivering executive presentations.
• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking and business planning.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and influence key decision-makers.
• Excellent skills in presentation, communication, and negotiation.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with account profitability and P&L.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
