This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +3 more countries.
• Oversee the complete proposal development process for client RFPs and RFIs.
• Provide cost estimates for platform, licensing, translation, and eCOA Project Management in line with proposal deadlines.
• Gather and integrate input from eCOA subject matter experts and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that proposals adhere to sponsor specifications outlined in RFP documents and study protocols.
• Track and assess proposal metrics, including win/loss ratios, vendor evaluations, and performance trends.
• Evaluate study protocols, synopses, RFPs, and RFI documents.
• Determine study design requirements, risks, assumptions, and operational factors.
• Assess the service scope and feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Clarify requirements and address ambiguities through sponsor Q&A processes.
• Confirm that study activities are accurately priced using approved pricing tools.
• Review and authorize Fusion strategies, pricing assumptions, and discount structures.
• Validate budgets for commercial competitiveness and operational feasibility.
• Prepare and supervise proposal narratives, response content, budget proposals, pricing documentation, Scope of Work documents, and Information Sheets.
• Provide line management and leadership for the proposal team.
• Promote continuous learning, capability enhancement, and team skill development.
• Cultivate and maintain expertise in opportunity assessment and proposal management.
• Coach, mentor, and assist in performance development.
• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at innovation, automation, and process enhancement.
• Utilize analytics, AI, and technology solutions to enhance proposal quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve business performance.
• Demonstrated experience is essential.
• Experience in line management.
• Expertise in eCOA.
• Proficiency in budget development and pricing.
• Skills in proposal writing and management.
• Experience in vendor coordination and selection.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge in risk assessment and mitigation.
• Experience in process development and AI application.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred experience in project management.
• Preferred knowledge of clinical trials.
• Preferred experience in CRO operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRO Operations, Clinical Trial Management, Proposal Management, Business Development Support, or Solutions Architecture.
