This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Texas region
• Enhance the lives of patients affected by cancer through effective customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional activities
• Foster employee development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career advancement opportunities
• Convert strategy into actionable execution by establishing clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through
• Act as an expert in product knowledge and the hematology/oncology market
• Implement local brand strategy to create a positive impact on the business
• Promote a culture of performance, inclusivity, and personal growth founded on trust and accountability
• Oversee budget and resources to maximize the impact on patient care
• Lead Key Account Management by aligning in-field teams with shared account priorities
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharma/biotech sector
• Proven track record of consistently achieving outstanding results
• Qualities of curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and a dedication to ongoing leadership skill development
• Capability to inspire and motivate team members
• Strong understanding of strategy, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Skill in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, setting clear expectations, providing meaningful feedback, and ensuring accountability
• Proficiency in using data, critical thinking, business insights, and sound judgment to make timely, high-quality decisions
• Ability to quickly adapt, embrace uncertainty, and guide teams through evolving business landscapes
• Willingness and desire for continuous growth, expanding responsibilities, and preparing for broader leadership roles
• Valid driver’s license
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening test
• Must meet safe driving standards
• Candidates should reside within the territory, including Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado Springs, CO, Fayetteville, AR, Wichita, KS, and nearby areas
• Oncology experience is highly preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred
• Previous experience as a people leader is preferred
