This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Oversee a team of Clinical Account Executives throughout the Texas area
• Enhance the lives of patients affected by cancer through effective customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional practices
• Foster employee development through coaching, constructive feedback, and career growth opportunities
• Convert strategic goals into actionable plans by establishing clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and reliable follow-through
• Act as a team authority on product knowledge, disease states, and the dynamic hematology/oncology market
• Implement local brand strategies to make a positive impact on the business
• Promote a culture of performance, inclusivity, personal growth, trust, and accountability
• Administer budget and resources to optimize patient impact
• Direct Key Account Management by coordinating in-field teams around common account objectives
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
• Proven track record of consistently achieving outstanding results
• Exhibited curiosity, humility, self-awareness, and a dedication to ongoing leadership development
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams effectively
• Knowledge of strategic planning, key account management, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Skill in developing Clinical Account Executives through coaching, accountability, and career advancement
• Proficiency in utilizing data, critical thinking, business insights, and sound judgment
• Ability to adapt swiftly, embrace uncertainty, and guide teams through changing business landscapes
• Willingness and potential for continuous growth, expanded responsibilities, and preparation for broader leadership roles
• Must have access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria
• Oncology experience is highly preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies
• An MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not necessary
