This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Oversee commercial activities within field teams to enhance sales in a designated region.
• Develop, implement, and communicate the District Sales Plan while tracking its progress.
• Organize in-field operations to meet objectives and predetermined targets.
• Optimize market, segment, and team dynamics to boost both top-line and bottom-line outcomes.
• Ensure effective and collaborative execution of daily operations and long-term business strategies.
• Establish the tone and pace for business processes and organizational structure.
• Provide market and franchise/business insights while leading teams.
• Attain in-depth knowledge of products, disease states, and managed-care information.
• Coach, mentor, educate, and nurture both direct and indirect team members.
• Hold direct reports accountable for their actions and expectations.
• Offer guidance and insights to key internal partners in business planning.

• A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
• Skills in business analysis and planning that enhance sales performance.
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to explain the scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas clearly.
• Proven capability to provide honest, effective feedback and manage performance efficiently.

• Must meet all applicable healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel as needed to cover the territory, including overnight attendance at scheduled training events and sales meetings.
• Capability to drive a personal vehicle, company car, truck, or powered material handling equipment.
