This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee strategy and execution for all levels of the Workplace Planning & Advice teams by managing multiple Senior Managers.
• Propel enterprise metrics such as asset retention, adoption of managed accounts, Wealth referrals, and participant engagement.
• Take charge of the lifecycle development strategy from onboarding to advanced planning and transitions for high-net-worth clients.
• Establish uniform KPIs, quality standards for advice, and coaching frameworks throughout the managerial teams.
• Act as the primary leader for Empower's workplace advice model, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supervisory oversight.
• Formulate campaign strategies, performance management methods, and technology integration plans in collaboration with the Product, WPA Experience, Marketing, and Wealth teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize leakage, enhance participant outcomes, and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Represent the Workplace Planning & Advice unit in enterprise planning, client interactions, and leadership forums.
• Foster cultural cohesion, diversity, and the development of managerial talent.
• Maintain consistent audit practices, licensing requirements, and regulatory oversight across all leadership tiers.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 is required.
• FINRA fingerprinting is mandatory.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in retirement services, leadership in advice, or participant strategy is needed.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multi-team, multi-functional environments with direct accountability for personnel, performance, and revenue.
• Proven track record in campaign management, integration of advice platforms, or the development of advisory services.
• Exceptional analytical skills, executive communication abilities, and leadership qualities are essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates located in the Denver, Colorado area; relocation assistance is not available.
• Must have authorization to work for any employer within the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT, will be provided.
• An MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
• CRPC/CFP designations are desirable.
• Demonstrated success in developing leadership pipelines, succession strategies, and high-performing teams within a large, complex financial services organization.
• Leadership experience in workplace retirement, wealth management, financial planning, or participant advisory services is required.
• Experience in leading a large, multi-level organization through people managers is essential.
• Experience in scaling or transforming financial advice delivery through technology, process optimization, or innovative participant engagement strategies is necessary.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a suitable home workspace for remote work.
