• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology partnership strategy that is in line with Kinaxis' product roadmap, market entry priorities, and long-term business goals.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize potential technology partners, including cloud providers, AI/data platforms, and other service providers.
• Lead both commercial and technical negotiations for co-development agreements, integration partnerships, and joint go-to-market collaborations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key technology partners and foster senior-level relationships.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to create joint solutions, integrations, and ensure roadmap alignment.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to generate a partner-driven pipeline and co-marketing initiatives.
• Establish partnership frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and governance structures to evaluate partner performance, return on investment (ROI), and strategic impact.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape of partnerships.
• Provide updates on partnership strategy, pipeline, and results to senior leadership and the executive team.
• Enhance the partner ecosystem's capacity through trained resources.
• Boost partner-sourced New Product Introduction (NPI) Annual Contract Value (ACV) pipeline through enablement campaigns and initiatives.
• Improve the outcomes of partner-led implementations by reducing instances of red implementations exceeding 30 days and minimizing partner-submitted support tickets.
• Extensive leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, consulting, or a related technology ecosystem.
• Proven track record in building or transforming global partner/customer success capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional systems integrators, and strategic technology partnerships.
• Ideally possess strong expertise in supply chain and experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
• Demonstrated success in designing partner lifecycle, enablement, governance, health, quality, and performance-management frameworks at a global scale.
• Experience in transforming an operating model, encompassing organizational design, change leadership, process adoption, and crafting executive-level business cases.
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise implementations.
• Experience in supply chain planning, transformation, or mission-critical applications is highly valued.
• Commercially savvy and analytically proficient.
• Relatively mature and senior presence with effective communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Comfortable influencing senior internal and external leaders without relying on direct authority.
