• Develop and implement a thorough technology partnership strategy that aligns with Kinaxis' product roadmap, market entry objectives, and long-term business goals.
• Direct the partnership strategy with cloud and data/AI service providers.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize technology partners to enhance market effectiveness, outreach, and platform capabilities.
• Lead commercial and technical negotiations for co-development agreements, integration partnerships, and collaborative market strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key technology partners in the go-to-market process and foster senior-level relationships.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to define joint solutions, integrations, and alignment of roadmaps.
• Work alongside Sales and Marketing to create partner-driven pipelines and co-marketing initiatives.
• Establish partnership frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and governance structures to evaluate partner performance, return on investment (ROI), and strategic impact.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive partnership landscapes.
• Report on partnership strategy, pipeline, and results to senior leadership and the executive team.
• Drive revenue bookings or pipeline sourced from partners.
• Enhance engagement activities with high-value partners, including executive introductions, joint customer presentations, and marketplace transactions.
• Over 10 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or similar roles in enterprise B2B SaaS, supply chain, or ERP software companies.
• Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements involving multiple stakeholders across technical, commercial, and legal areas.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software ecosystems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data/AI technology partnerships.
• Experience in engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders both internally and within partner organizations.
• Ability to think strategically, coupled with strong analytical and business acumen, translating partnership opportunities into quantifiable business results.
• Commercially savvy and analytically thorough, with the capability to link partner strengths and customer results to growth and retention.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, both domestically and internationally.
• Preferred experience in supply chain management, planning, or related enterprise software sectors.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technology partnerships and emerging supply chain AI ecosystems is a plus.
• Experience in building and scaling partnerships within the Microsoft and/or Google Cloud ecosystems is preferred.
• An existing network of relationships with data or enterprise software providers is advantageous.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.
