Senior Director, Technical Program Management

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of enterprise portfolio and programs to achieve strategic objectives through cross-unit integrations.

• Manage portfolio governance, prioritize initiatives, and oversee performance reporting for investment decisions and risk management.

• Develop and implement portfolio and program standards, frameworks, and metrics.

• Direct the management of cross-functional dependencies and integrated delivery planning.

• Align strategy, operations, and execution effectively.

• Establish and oversee vendor partnerships, contracts, and performance governance.

• Engage with enterprise stakeholders to synchronize roadmaps, funding, and delivery priorities with strategic objectives.

• Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, make talent decisions, and foster team development.

• Spearhead programs that define and deliver large-scale enterprise projects valued at $100M+.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in technology project management, program management, agile delivery environments, change management, or a related field is required.

• At least 8 years of experience in a managerial role is required.

• A master's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Certification in PMP, PGMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM I, or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with enterprise portfolio tools is essential.

• Experience in developing and managing enterprise-level budgets utilizing portfolio management tools is required.

• Proficient with agile delivery tools and project/program backlogs.

• Skilled in portfolio data extraction and analysis.

• Proficient in MS Project.

• Proficient in MS Excel, including multi-sheet workbooks, filters, functions, and pivot tables.

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Power BI and MS Word.

• Knowledge of MS Visio.

• Proficient in MS Outlook.
