Senior Director, Technical Advisory

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of more than 100 employees dedicated to Consulting Delivery and ensuring customer success.

• Formulate and implement regional strategic plans for Consulting Delivery.

• Determine regional delivery requirements and develop capacity plans.

• Achieve annual regional revenue exceeding $50 million and bookings surpassing $80 million.

• Engage with senior customer executives to collaboratively develop strategic plans.

• Collaborate with leadership from the EMEA Enterprise Customer Group on service sales and delivery initiatives.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams that interact with customers.

• Mentor teams to align their work with business outcomes and promote growth.

• Create work plans, foresee risks, and identify growth opportunities.

• Attract, recruit, retain, and nurture consultants.

• Promote career development, global cooperation, and uphold high standards.

• Advocate for the company's culture and values.

• Conduct performance evaluations, career progression planning, and succession planning.

• Spearhead organizational change and process enhancement initiatives.

• Monitor business metrics, assess performance, and deliver executive reports.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market changes.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational and delivery risks.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading customer-facing organizations.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong financial expertise with experience in team leadership, budget management, and resource optimization.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, enhancing profitability, and improving operational efficiency.

• Demonstrated capability to recruit, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.

• Extensive knowledge of the industry requirements of Autodesk customers.

• Thorough understanding of consulting metrics and KPIs, with the capability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.

• A customer-centric approach with the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences and cultivate long-term relationships.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year.

• Strong familiarity with the Autodesk product portfolio and customer demographic.
