This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Function as the national subject matter expert overseeing quality improvement while standardizing bylaws, processes, and communications among non-clinical medical staff offices.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clinical users, market leaders, and technology developers/vendors to interpret needs, enhance workflow efficiency, and improve patient care.

• Utilize technology to create centralized tracking systems and national rosters for both employed and independent physicians across all facilities.

• Detect and address operational challenges across locations to enhance physician system usage and elevate patient satisfaction.

• Spearhead cross-functional projects to guarantee standardization, facilitate seamless communication, and promote the sharing of best practices on a national level.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years in leadership/management OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required, with 2 of those years in leadership/management.

• A minimum of 3-5 years in Medical Staff Service Leadership is required.

• MD Staff Certification is highly preferred.
