Senior Director – System Medical Staff Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the national expert overseeing quality enhancement and the standardization of bylaws, processes, and communications across non-clinical medical staff offices.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clinical users, market leaders, and technology developers/vendors to articulate needs, enhance workflow efficiency, and improve patient care.

• Utilize technology to create centralized tracking systems and national rosters for both employed and independent physicians throughout all facilities.

• Identify and address operational challenges across locations to increase physician system usage and enhance patient satisfaction.

• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives to promote standardization, ensure smooth communication, and facilitate the sharing of best practices on a national scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, with 5 years of relevant cumulative job experience required, including 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant cumulative job experience required, including 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• A minimum of 3-5 years in Medical Staff Service Leadership.

• MD Staff Certification is strongly preferred.
