Senior Director, Strategy and Program Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Evolent’s strategy for Oncology.

• Keep track of the competitive landscape, vendors, payers, regulations, and oncology care delivery.

• Perform regular internal evaluations to identify gaps within the oncology product.

• Develop and update the oncology strategy and roadmap for the next 18–24 months.

• Conceptualize and initiate key new programs from inception to pilot phase.

• Conduct assessments regarding build, buy, or partnership options in collaboration with Product.

• Facilitate initial partner discussions and due diligence with Growth/BD.

• Assess program value and align it with the overall archetype framework.

• Establish pilot designs, success criteria, and decision-making points for go/no-go evaluations.

• Transition successful programs to Implementation, Product, Performance, and Operations for widespread delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree.

• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare management and/or consulting.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities.

• Ability to guide innovative ideas from design to execution.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

• Submission of a government-issued photo ID for identity verification.

• Completion of a thorough background check.

• In-person verification of I-9 documentation.

• May require drug screening prior to employment.

• Access to high-speed internet with speeds over 10 Mbps at home.

• Final interviews may necessitate onsite presence.

• Use of artificial intelligence tools is prohibited and monitored during the interview process.
