Sales Strategy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform quantitative analysis, qualitative research, market benchmarking, and operational capacity modeling to support strategic initiatives within Professional Services.

• Collaborate with the PS analytics team to extract operational data, pinpoint friction points, and develop data-driven recommendations.

• Convert intricate analytical insights and strategic alternatives into organized slide presentations, strategy briefs, and executive-level deliverables.

• Create materials for quarterly and annual operational reviews intended for global Professional Services leadership.

• Work alongside PMO and OCM teams to transfer data models, requirements, and metric tracking frameworks effectively.

• Leverage AI tools, visualization, and analytical software to enhance research processes, automate reporting, and boost operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.

• Experience in Professional Services, Technology, or SaaS is advantageous.

• Strong expertise in data analysis, qualitative research methodologies, data modeling, and data visualization tools.

• Capability to distill raw data into polished, logical, and visually appealing presentation slides for executive audiences.

• Comfortable navigating loosely defined guidelines and independently organizing a structured analysis and research plan.

• High level of familiarity with generative AI and automation tools to expedite research and content creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
