This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan, execute, and oversee assignments; assess progress and evaluate outcomes.
• Build professional relationships with key opinion leaders to gather market insights.
• Manage the Specialty Insights portfolio, ensuring timely project delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
• Facilitate information exchange to achieve timelines and milestones.
• Create workflows to accomplish program objectives.
• Prioritize team and project tasks, reallocating resources as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, professional organizations, advocacy groups, and life sciences companies.
• Coordinate both internal and external resources for efficient project completion.
• Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Formulate action plans to move projects forward and address conflicts and root causes.
• Recognize changes in project scope and take appropriate measures with internal team members and clients.
• Oversee the department's operating budget.
• Review contributions from direct reports and project team members.
• Maintain staffing through recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.
• A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in a specialty therapeutic area, including Oncology.
• For pharmaceutical specialties, 7+ years of experience in a health system pharmacy.
• Extensive experience in a related field with an appropriate medical degree such as MD, PhD, RN, NP, and/or PharmD.
• For pharmaceutical specialties, a graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education program with pharmacy licensure in good standing.
• Board Certification in a clinical specialty recognized by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience.
• In-depth expertise in a specialized area and advanced knowledge relevant to complex, high-impact tasks.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing healthcare provider-based programs.
• Experience in conducting and executing primary market research.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in medical writing and presenting scientific/technical information.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
