This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and manage performance within the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team.
• Establish strategic accounts throughout the region leveraging industry expertise, technical credibility, and an established network.
• Take ownership of the technical outcomes for the region’s most crucial pursuits.
• Define the vision, strategy, coverage model, and operational rhythm for APAC Solutions Architecture.
• Lead the deployment of secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI across cloud, hybrid, VPC, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
• Develop repeatable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases, and technical delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with APAC Sales leadership on territory management, coverage, pipeline, and commercial objectives.
• Influence product direction by converting APAC customer requirements into platform enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• Identify and secure strategic enterprise opportunities in sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, industrials, technology, and the public sector.
• Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations, and technical deep dives.
• Create business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and technical proposals.
• Advise customers on scalability, security, governance, data residency, and operational readiness.
• Produce repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks, and best practices.
• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Gather customer feedback and competitive insights to influence product strategy.
• Manage and report on regional operational and commercial metrics, including technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage, and team performance.
• Over 15 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.
• More than 7 years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams.
• Proven track record of developing individuals into senior and leadership positions.
• Experience in establishing or managing a technical organization across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
• Insight into enterprise technology purchasing across APAC markets.
• A strong network of senior technical and executive relationships.
• Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams.
• Experience in building a local team from a small starting point.
• Practical experience in deploying real AI systems into production.
• Capability to critically assess team architectures and engage in technical design discussions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with enterprise Sales leadership and impact strategic deals.
• Skill in articulating business value to executive stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a revenue target and personally driving deal closures.
• Executive credibility with CEOs, business leaders, CIOs, Chief AI Officers, and CISOs.
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security, and governance.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated, or large-scale environments.
• Preferred: background in building an AI, machine learning, or data science function in a large regulated enterprise and transitioning it into production.
• Preferred: expertise in APAC financial services, telecommunications, or the public sector.
• Preferred: experience with on-premises, sovereign, and air-gapped deployments.
• Preferred: background in enterprise AI, cloud, data platform, or applied AI consulting organizations.
• Preferred: experience in developing repeatable solution-selling methodologies.
• Preferred: working proficiency in a regional language in addition to English.
• Preferred: experience in high-growth environments.
