📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete sales enablement strategy for the SAT Suite's go-to-market initiatives.

• Convert product updates, program strategies, and competitive positioning into unique messaging.

• Foster alignment among CRA, Product, and field teams.

• Manage the development and updates of sales-cycle collateral and oversee the SDP briefing process.

• Ensure readiness for major launches, state pursuits, and district growth initiatives within the field and sales teams.

• Lead the enablement efforts for SDP and inside sales teams.

• Create and deliver training experiences, briefings, live sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.

• Collaborate with sales teams to enhance messaging and increase effectiveness in customer interactions.

• Travel to support regional sales teams, significant opportunities, and critical engagements.

• Identify and address execution gaps by utilizing feedback, performance indicators, and win/loss insights.

• Manage the creation and upkeep of pitch decks, playbooks, competitive positioning guides, and leave-behind materials.

• Assist in the preparation of state and district pursuit materials, which include positioning, win themes, and RFP narratives.

• Provide direct support for high-stakes state and district engagements, presentations, strategy sessions, and customer interactions.

• Represent SAT Suite at conferences and external events.

• Enhance bench strength across CRA to broaden external SAT Suite representation.

• Continuously improve messaging, collateral, and enablement strategies to boost win rates and sales efficiency.

• Report directly to the Executive Director of Market Development and Engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or business development.

• Proven experience in supporting or enabling sales teams to drive sales.

• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, and/or K-12 business development is a plus.

• Experience in K-12 education, ed tech, and/or product sales enablement is advantageous.

• Familiarity with assessment, edtech, or large-scale education programs.

• Strong ability to convert complex product or program strategies into clear, actionable messaging.

• Experience in developing sales collateral, playbooks, and/or go-to-market materials.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and align multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capability to leverage data and feedback for performance enhancement.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% to support sales teams, training sessions, conferences, and high-stakes customer engagements.

• Direct experience in state-level procurement, RFP environments, or large-scale district sales is a plus.

• Experience in competitive positioning, win strategy development, and sales coaching is beneficial.
