This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the analytics and pricing analysis support for the Sales Operations Center of Excellence throughout the organization.
• Supervise analysts who convert sales, client, market, financial, CRM, and pricing data into actionable insights.
• Enhance and develop the capabilities of Sales Operations analytics, reporting, dashboards, and tools.
• Create roadmaps for various reports including enterprise sales, client interactions, market trends, pricing strategies, pipeline management, backlog, revenue, and operational metrics.
• Interpret intricate data into actionable insights tailored for sales teams, sectors, senior management, and executive audiences.
• Oversee the development of pricing models, rate analysis, margin assessments, pricing tools, governance frameworks, rate sheets, and strategic recommendations.
• Assess pricing scenarios and provide support for strategic initiatives, significant opportunities, key accounts, new services, and market expansion efforts.
• Track sales and pricing performance, pinpoint risks and opportunities, and offer strategic recommendations.
• Enhance forecasting methodologies, tools, reporting mechanisms, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses.
• Assist in annual strategic planning for territories, quotas, sector growth, and revenue generation.
• Improve data architecture, integration, quality assurance, reporting infrastructure, documentation, and governance protocols.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop analytics and pricing professionals.
• Set performance goals, development plans, workload priorities, and resource allocation strategies.
• Spearhead automation initiatives utilizing Power BI, Excel, Power Query, CRM data, AI, and other data transformation tools.
• Facilitate AI-enabled predictive, prescriptive, machine learning, and self-service analytics initiatives.
• Continuously refine Territory Sales Planning and rate sheet processes.
• Report directly to the Associate Director of Sales Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a comparable field.
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Pricing, Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, or related areas.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing analytics, reporting, pricing, finance, revenue operations, or business intelligence teams.
• Proven ability to support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in strategic business initiatives through advanced analytics and analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of pricing strategy, rate analysis, margin assessment, pricing governance, and profitability modeling.
• Capability to evaluate rate sheets, labor rates, billing rates, cost assumptions, pricing exceptions, and margin implications.
• Preferred experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Willingness to embrace innovation and implement emerging technology and AI tools.
• Must possess authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
• Relevant military experience is considered.
