This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the enterprise sales enablement and training strategy.

• Lead a training and enablement team dedicated to onboarding, ongoing education, leadership development, and field readiness.

• Provide strategic direction for the Patient Care organization, focusing on customer support operations, exceptional patient-facing services, onboarding experiences, and support preparedness.

• Create governance, measurement, and performance frameworks to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

• Collaborate with commercial leadership to pinpoint capability gaps and implement scalable solutions.

• Supervise launch readiness strategies and enablement planning for new products, indications, reimbursement expansions, and commercial initiatives.

• Ensure consistency of content, learning experiences, systems, and field tools across customer-facing teams.

• Work together with Commercial Operations to enhance training and enablement processes, technology adoption, CRM utilization, and reporting capabilities.

• Build cross-functional relationships to promote organizational alignment and achieve business objectives.

• Cultivate talent, succession plans, and leadership skills within the enablement organization.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, execution excellence, accountability, and measurable business impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 17+ years of experience in the industry.

• 13+ years of proven leadership and management experience in a relevant field.

• 8–12+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or commercial operations within the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices sectors.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare providers (HCPs), payers, and patient dynamics.

• Experience in regulated environments with familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, HIPAA).

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling enablement programs that enhance productivity, win rates, and time-to-performance.

• Expertise in selling models, Omni Channel, and CRM platforms.

• Experience in utilizing data, analytics, and insights to guide decision-making and optimize performance.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Experience in supporting diabetes or chronic disease management solutions is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 25 to 50% of the time.
