• Develop, organize, and implement training programs for the team.

• Recognize new opportunities and training requirements based on performance metrics.

• Oversee daily customer interactions to ensure sales quality and compliance with processes.

• Present performance outcomes to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Finance, or a similar field.

• Background in sales, training, coaching, and oversight.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with Power BI and CRM tools is advantageous.

• A collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
