This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop campaign briefs tailored for business clients.
• Determine the key factors that drive engagement and those that do not.
• Assist in designing and executing experiments aimed at enhancing demand generation, customer engagement, and scheduling rates.
• Conduct research and propose innovative campaign concepts for emerging markets.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Compliance teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Suggest process enhancements based on analytical findings.
• Manage a significant project for CNO Financial Group’s Worksite division (Optavise).
• Acquire experience in B2B2C sales enablement, market entry strategies, and campaign planning.
• Deliver presentations on research findings, data analysis, project management, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Progress toward a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communication, Information Systems, Economics, or similar disciplines.
• Status as a rising junior or senior.
• Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours/week for 10–12 weeks during the summer.
• Located in, or willing to work during, Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
• Must currently have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• No work visa sponsorship available for this role or future full-time positions.
• Demonstrated interest in the convergence of sales, marketing, and technology.
• A keen curiosity about artificial intelligence.
• Coursework or specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) with a focus on MarTech or Digital Marketing.
• Background in Digital Marketing Technology or Marketing Analytics programs.
• Comfortable working with marketing data, marketing systems, and/or within a B2B sales or enablement context.
