
Senior Director, Sales Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap and strategy for sales enablement that aligns with commercial objectives and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to formalize and institutionalize Color’s sales methodologies and standards of commercial excellence.
• Establish the Color Sales Academy, designing and conducting certifications and ongoing training programs.
• Assist in selecting, implementing, and optimizing the sales enablement technology stack.
• Integrate AI efficiencies into daily go-to-market operations.
• Work with Marketing to create and refine the sales narrative, talk tracks, pitch decks, and core messaging.
• Manage go-to-market enablement for new product launches and messaging updates.
• Transform outputs from Marketing and Product into training, certifications, and materials ready for the field.
• Relay feedback from sales discussions to Marketing and Product teams for messaging enhancements.
• Collaborate with People on the logistics for new hires, cohort scheduling, and manager enablement.
• Report on program impact to sales and commercial leadership, adapting the curriculum as the organization evolves.
• Create content for RFPs and assist with custom RFP responses for account executives.
• Address custom seller enablement requirements for significant deals.
• Report directly to the CRO while working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or sales leadership.
• Ideally experienced in a high-growth B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success in scaling sales organizations from early-stage growth to global maturity.
• Familiarity with digital health or complex healthcare technology.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and senior cross-functional leaders.
• Strong skills in instructional design and a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
• Confident in presenting to and facilitating groups, including live virtual sessions.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or comparable tools.
• Familiarity with sales enablement platforms like Confluence or LMS tools.
• Experience in building and deploying AI tools or technologies for go-to-market teams that have measurable commercial outcomes.
• A data-driven approach to monitoring program impact.
• Cross-functional experience spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, and People.
• Experience partnering with Marketing on messaging, talk tracks, or pitch decks, and translating messaging into sales training.
• Proven track record of leading go-to-market enablement for product launches.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Nice to have: experience selling to health plans, employers, or health systems.
• Nice to have: familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or Command of the Message frameworks.
