This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate the vision, operational model, and a 3–5-year strategic roadmap for the Sales Effectiveness, Analytics & Training organization.
• Lead and nurture teams specializing in Sales Methodology, Training & Instructional Design, Sales Analytics, and CRM Strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive enablement framework that aligns selling behaviors, tools, coaching, and analytics.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to both Commercial and Executive Leadership.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and governance of a unified commercial selling methodology.
• Ensure consistent application of opportunity stages, sales processes, and pipeline management practices.
• Create a sales manager enablement program centered on coaching excellence.
• Implement structured methodologies for pipeline reviews, deal coaching, performance management, and manager certification.
• Enhance the Field Training Specialist program to support the sales methodology.
• Boost seller productivity, skill enhancement, and commercial execution.
• Establish an operating system linking methodology adoption, pipeline health, targeting effectiveness, and business performance.
• Collaborate with Global CRM to align Salesforce strategy with commercial goals.
• Ensure that CRM tools effectively support sales execution, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Create measurement frameworks that connect enablement investments to revenue outcomes.
• Direct strategy and governance for CRM, LMS, enablement platforms, and AI-driven coaching tools.
• Assess and implement technologies that enhance sales effectiveness and managerial capability.
• Align technology investments with business priorities, adoption milestones, and measurable impacts.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, HR, Revenue Operations, and Global CRM teams.
• Define content, messaging, training, and seller readiness ownership between Marketing and SEAT.
• Work with HR on competency models, talent development, hiring profiles, and career frameworks.
• Supervise approximately 15 employees, directly managing five leaders and their teams.
• Manage a multimillion-dollar portfolio for enablement, analytics, and technology investments.
• Drive strategic decisions that affect commercial execution across all KSUS business lines.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales enablement, sales effectiveness, or revenue operations within medical device, medtech, life sciences, or similar B2B organizations.
• 7+ years of sales management experience, with recent leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in surgical technology, capital equipment, endoscopy, visualization, or related healthcare markets.
• Strategic expertise in Salesforce, learning management systems, and commercial technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives successfully.
• Strong leadership, organizational change management, and team development skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to maintain all necessary hospital and healthcare facility credentials.
• Preferred experience with enterprise sales enablement platforms like Highspot, Seismic, or Mindtickle.
• Preferred experience in deploying AI-enabled coaching, training, or sales productivity tools.
• Proven success in implementing and scaling structured sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler, or similar frameworks is preferred.
• An MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
