This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.
• Conduct outbound calls using an automated phone system to reach potential customers in response to ADT marketing and partner initiatives.
• Interact with potential customers to confirm that they meet established criteria.
• Connect qualified customers with an Inbound Sales Specialist.
• Utilize effective verbal communication and targeted rebuttals to address objections.
• Show empathy and perform needs assessments through attentive listening skills.
• Update the call status within the phone system.
• Remain available to engage with potential customers consistently.
• Comply with company standards for quality and compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high volume of outbound calls.
• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background check is essential.
• High-speed internet access with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload speed is necessary.
• Internet connection must be through an Ethernet cable.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in a call center environment is desirable.
• Strong communication, listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a commission-driven environment is required.
• Self-motivated individual focused on achieving personal goals.
• A robust business vocabulary is important.
• Must adhere strictly to team agendas, policies, and guidelines.
