This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement CarepathRx's enterprise sales strategy.
• Set annual and multi-year sales objectives, revenue goals, pipeline targets, and growth initiatives.
• Guide, mentor, and enhance a high-achieving sales team.
• Observe market dynamics, competitive trends, customer behaviors, and emerging opportunities.
• Locate, assess, and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, provider organizations, and strategic partners.
• Broaden CarepathRx's presence within current client organizations and diversify revenue channels.
• Direct intricate sales initiatives, contract negotiations, executive presentations, and strategic business development activities.
• Convert growth targets into commercial strategies and plans for market expansion.
• Assist in new service offerings, market entry strategies, and integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pharmacy Services, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Implementation teams.
• Align commercial strategies with operational capabilities.
• Predict demand, evaluate market opportunities, and prioritize investments that support growth.
• Influence enterprise decisions to enhance scalability, client outcomes, and organizational performance.
• Set and track metrics for sales, revenue, membership, and client growth.
• Assess sales effectiveness and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver performance updates, forecasts, and strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Ensure effective pipeline management, sales process efficiency, and forecasting discipline.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain sales and business development talent.
• Develop leadership capabilities and encourage ongoing improvement and professional growth.
• Oversee organizational planning and succession efforts within the sales department.
• Report directly to the President of CarepathRx and act as a vital member of the leadership team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of increasing sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading large, complex sales teams or commercial organizations.
• Preferred experience in working with hospitals, health systems, specialty pharmacy, infusion, ambulatory pharmacy, or pharmacy services organizations.
• Preferred experience in leading enterprise sales strategies across various products or service lines.
• Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in substantial revenue growth.
• Experience in building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong history of managing complex sales cycles and strategic negotiations.
• Experience in healthcare services, health systems, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, healthcare technology, or related sectors.
• Established ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executive stakeholders.
• For remote work, a reliable internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
• Willingness and capability to travel 40%–50% nationally within the United States.
