This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the enterprise sales strategy for CarepathRx.
• Set annual and multi-year sales objectives, revenue goals, pipeline targets, and growth strategies across various service lines.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing sales team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive activities, customer behaviors, and new opportunities.
• Identify, assess, and pursue new business prospects with hospitals, health systems, provider organizations, and strategic partners.
• Enhance CarepathRx's presence within current client organizations and diversify revenue sources.
• Oversee complex sales initiatives, contract negotiations, executive presentations, and strategic business development activities.
• Convert growth targets into commercial strategies and plans for market expansion.
• Support new service offerings, market entry strategies, and integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pharmacy Services, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Implementation teams.
• Align commercial strategies with operational capabilities.
• Predict demand, evaluate market opportunities, and prioritize investments that support growth.
• Influence enterprise decisions that enhance scalability, client outcomes, and overall organizational performance.
• Establish and track metrics for sales, revenue, membership, and client growth.
• Leverage data and market insights to assess sales performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Provide performance updates, forecasts, and strategic advice to executive leadership.
• Ensure effective pipeline management, sales process efficiency, and disciplined forecasting.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain sales and business development talent.
• Build leadership skills, promote continuous improvement, and manage succession planning within the sales division.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
• More than 5 years of experience leading large, complex sales teams or commercial operations.
• Preferred experience in working with hospitals, health systems, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, ambulatory pharmacy, or pharmacy services organizations.
• Preferred experience in leading enterprise sales strategies across multiple products or service lines.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that result in significant revenue growth.
• Experience in building and managing relationships at the executive level.
• Strong history of navigating complex sales cycles and strategic negotiations.
• Familiarity with healthcare services, health systems, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, healthcare technology, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executive stakeholders.
• If working remotely, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is required.
• Willingness to travel nationally within the United States for 40%–50% of the time.
