This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Develop the international growth strategy focusing on key countries, customer segments, and commercial channels.
β’ Enhance B2B and trade revenue through partnerships with retailers, distributors, designers, property partners, marketplaces, and commercial procurement.
β’ Manage opportunities from inception to completion, including research, targeted origination, business case development, negotiation, pilot testing, launch, and revenue realization.
β’ Construct commercial cases that encompass demand, pricing, margin, inventory, fulfillment, returns, compliance, risk assessment, and implementation.
β’ Spearhead proposals, negotiations, pilot agreements, and internal decision-making documents.
β’ Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Supply, Finance, and Operations teams.
β’ Establish priorities and ensure accountability among internal stakeholders, agencies, partners, and future team members for successful delivery.
β’ Develop a pipeline, along with revenue and margin forecasts, detailing clear stages, decision points, and ownership.
β’ Provide updates on assumptions, obstacles, risks, performance metrics, and necessary adjustments.
β’ Deliver a targeted country and channel strategy, a qualified B2B and trade pipeline, signed pilots or commercial agreements, and sustainable revenue streams.
β’ A minimum of five years of experience in business development, commercial growth, partnerships, trade, channel development, or market expansion.
β’ Demonstrated B2B or trade achievements, including deals you have personally negotiated to revenue realization.
β’ Experience in scaling ecommerce or consumer products across multiple countries.
β’ Proficient in creating commercial cases that address revenue, margin, costs, risks, and operational feasibility.
β’ Excellent negotiation, proposal writing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
β’ Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution and management of team members.
β’ Clear, direct, and transparent communication in fluent English.
β’ Availability for reliable overlap during Australian business hours from the Philippines.
β’ Background in markets such as Australia, the United States, Asia, or Southeast Asia.
β’ Experience in furniture, home, consumer goods, retail, wholesale, property, distribution, marketplace, or trade-channel sectors.
β’ Knowledge of Shopify economics, cross-border logistics, inventory management, fulfillment, returns, and product margins.
β’ Experience in developing a CRM, pipeline, or business development process from scratch.
β’ Practical experience utilizing AI for research, commercial modeling, proposals, and enhancing workflows.
β’ Play a key role in establishing Lifely's international commercial growth function with direct access to the COO.
β’ Influence the direction and methodology of Lifely's expansion in ecommerce, B2B, trade, and partnerships.
β’ Engage with a tangible product, as well as ecommerce, supply chain, operations, and customer systems.
β’ Manage opportunities from the initial research and business case development to launch, revenue generation, and margin improvement.
