This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the Americas field operations from start to finish, serving as the operational right hand to the Americas Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
• Oversee territory and quota execution throughout the region, which includes the design, assignment, coverage modeling, and adjustments within the year.
• Ensure discipline in forecasting, maintain pipeline hygiene, accuracy in forecasts, and adhere to the weekly operating rhythm.
• Provide support for sales operations related to territory execution, forecasting processes, and CRM/sales systems.
• Supervise the execution of quote-to-order processes, ensuring accuracy in bookings and efficiency in cycle time.
• Manage partner registrations, deal flow, and operational support for channels.
• Lead the strategy for regional reporting and analytics, providing insights on pipeline, forecast, productivity, and revenue performance.
• Convert regional priorities into operational plans with designated owners and timelines.
• Represent field operations in regional leadership discussions and highlight risks with actionable context.
• Guide, develop, and enhance the capabilities of the Americas field operations team.
• Document recurring processes and assign specific coverage responsibilities.
• Collaborate with global Revenue Operations centers of excellence across planning, analytics, compensation, and systems.
• Assist in operational cleanup and process restructuring during the transition to a unified CRM platform.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a regional field operations team.
• Experience in designing territories and quotas at scale within a global enterprise software environment.
• Demonstrated capability to create, implement, and scale operational processes, governance, and documentation standards in transforming environments.
• Background as the operational partner to a CRO or regional sales leader.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with planning and analytics tools such as Anaplan or similar.
• Practical experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Gong.
• Exceptional attention to detail; take ownership of forecast and quota data as the authoritative source, with zero tolerance for inaccuracies.
• Executive presence; must possess credibility with C-suite executives and be comfortable leading and presenting in high-level meetings.
• Proven success in leading operational teams through complex system implementations, mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across teams that are geographically dispersed and across various time zones.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
