This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee the relationship management strategy for a substantial portfolio of financial institution clients.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture Relationship Managers and senior client-facing leaders.
• Develop portfolio strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance relationship expansion, improve retention, and increase wallet share.
• Cultivate executive-level client relationships and act as a strategic advisor on business challenges, transformation initiatives, and long-term growth prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Solution Consulting, and Client Delivery leaders to align client needs with enterprise solutions and business goals.
• Manage intricate contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions for high-value or strategically significant client relationships.
• Evaluate portfolio performance, industry trends, client health indicators, and financial metrics to uncover risks, opportunities, and strategic actions.
• Direct workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, banking, financial services, or financial technology, with a focus on strategic client leadership, revenue growth, and portfolio management.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing and developing teams, encompassing performance management, succession planning, talent development, and organizational leadership.
• Proven experience in managing executive-level relationships within financial institutions or similar industries, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex contract negotiations, renewal strategies, and commercial discussions for large or strategically significant client relationships.
• Background in leading cross-functional initiatives that include sales, product management, operations, implementation, and executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in analyzing business performance, identifying market opportunities, and formulating strategic growth plans using portfolio, client health, and financial metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
• Experience in leading relationship management organizations in the financial services or financial technology sector.
• Demonstrated capability in managing large, complex client portfolios with significant revenue responsibilities.
• Familiarity with financial institution operations, digital banking, payments, core processing, and financial technology solutions.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or other enterprise customer relationship management platforms.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50% or more).
• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
