This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
β’ Develop and manage strategies for business development, oversee research management, and support various cross-functional departments.
β’ Collaborate with all operational facets to facilitate key growth initiatives for the company.
β’ Provide strategic insights to key stakeholders regarding the likelihood of successful pursuits and estimated return on investment (ROI).
β’ Lead the strategic planning for the department, including pipeline reports, analysis, opportunity databases, and the creation of new information gathering systems and procedures.
β’ Supervise the analytical examination of RFPs to identify and capture operational needs, communicating them to the relevant business areas.
β’ Engage in initial planning sessions with senior management to assess potential win themes and overall strategies.
β’ Facilitate team-wide planning and kickoff meetings aimed at developing and sharing key win themes and potential risks.
β’ Create project control documents and tools, such as proposal plans, timelines, and compliance matrices.
β’ Ensure consistency across proposals, clarifying functional ownership and transitions.
β’ Write and edit sections on corporate organization, history, qualifications, and executive summaries in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
β’ Work with cross-functional business units to guarantee that company-wide proposals align with corporate messaging.
β’ Lead proposal reviews and gather feedback to ensure that identified issues are addressed and resolved by the proposal team.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Adhere to all policies and standards.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
β’ Over 8 years of combined experience in proposal management and/or business development.
β’ Experience in a managed health care or behavioral health organization.
β’ Prior management experience with responsibilities including hiring, training, work assignment, and staff performance management.
β’ Ability to work remotely within the United States.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
