This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, which includes conducting kickoff meetings, reviewing RFPs, developing outlines, allocating requirements, and assigning authors.
• Supervise proposal timelines, milestones, and resource management.
• Coordinate and manage content reviews to ensure compliance, consistency, and alignment with winning strategies.
• Edit and format proposal documents for clarity, coherence, and a professional appearance.
• Facilitate Pink, Red, and Gold Team milestone reviews.
• Collaborate with Capture Team Leaders and subject matter experts to enhance proposal themes and strategies.
• Assist with post-submission clarification questions, prepare for oral presentations, and conduct after-action reviews.
• Ensure consistency across proposal deliverables by integrating winning strategies and addressing customer needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and proposal management software to generate high-quality deliverables.
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in managing proposal development processes, including planning, execution, and post-submission phases.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in proposal management or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with advanced skills in Word and Excel for document formatting and publishing.
• Experience in editing and formatting complex proposal documents to ensure compliance and professional presentation.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory; only U.S. citizens are eligible to access information related to this program/contract.
• APMP certification or formal training from Shipley & Associates is preferred.
• Experience in technical and persuasive writing, editing, and publishing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools for content development, including prompt creation and refinement is preferred.
• A background in the aviation industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Qvidian and VisibleThread is preferred.
