Senior Director, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15–20 years of proven experience in clinical systems implementations with expertise in executive stakeholder and vendor management.

• Advanced Degree or Bachelor's Degree along with progressive project/program management experience in complex organizations.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and PROSCI certification are highly preferred.

• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives and change management programs.

• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and effective leadership communication abilities.

• Experience in developing and nurturing successful teams.

• Background in regulated environments, ideally within CRO, life sciences, or healthcare sectors.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to function effectively in a matrix organization.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Proven ability to influence through collaboration.

• Skilled in project management software and the MS Office suite.

• Travel is required for this role, typically ranging from 20–40%.

• Strong capabilities in risk management and decision-making.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively across various time zones and cultures.
