This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily product delivery across various Leasing platforms.

• Take ownership of roadmaps for OneSite Conventional Leasing, OneSite Affordable Leasing, On-Site, and AI-enhanced leasing and workflow automation features.

• Manage dependencies across products and collaborate with the GM to transform strategy into actionable plans.

• Recruit, mentor, and nurture product managers while fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.

• Oversee the complete delivery process from discovery to launch and optimization.

• Set success metrics linked to adoption rates, revenue growth, retention, and profit margins.

• Identify and pursue high-impact AI and automation initiatives from concept to deployment.

• Coordinate efforts among engineering, design, customer success, sales, marketing, and operations to provide scalable solutions.

• Integrate solutions with CRM, Screening, Insurance, Moving, and other external platforms.

• Ensure compliance of platforms with FCRA, FHA, and HUD regulations.

• Convey progress, trade-offs, and results to product and go-to-market leadership, customers, and the team.

• Report directly to the GM of Leasing & Screening and collaborate with product and go-to-market leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership and management roles.

• Background in multifamily, real estate, or closely related proptech sectors.

• Proven experience in owning strategy and executing complex, multi-product platforms for a large customer base.

• Commercial responsibilities encompassing GTM, pricing, packaging, launches, adoption, and customer outcomes.

• Strong technical knowledge in AI/ML, SQL, analytics, data platforms, APIs, and modern SaaS architectures.

• Familiarity with agentic AI and emerging standards for linking data and tools to AI agents, such as MCP, is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field is preferred, though not mandatory.

• An advanced degree, such as an MBA or technical MS, is a plus but not required.

• Understanding of discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, outcome-based execution, UX/UI, and customer-centered design principles.

• Experience in defining success metrics, interpreting performance signals, and adapting swiftly.

• Capability to make tough trade-offs while leading with empathy and transparency.
