
Senior Director, Product Management β LCA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Create and implement the LCA product strategy and roadmap that aligns with the company's goals and addresses customer requirements in sustainability and ESG.
β’ Lead and cultivate a high-performing product management team.
β’ Collaborate with UX/UI, Engineering, Data, and Science teams to deliver exceptional products.
β’ Discover market opportunities and customer needs through engagement, market research, competitive analysis, and tracking sustainability and regulatory trends.
β’ Manage the product development lifecycle from discovery and ideation through to development, launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
β’ Ensure product integrity, scientific accuracy, and compliance with ISO 14040/44 and other pertinent global standards.
β’ Oversee partnerships, integrations, and data strategies related to third-party LCA databases, methodologies, and software platforms.
β’ Establish and track product KPIs and success metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, revenue contribution, and product performance.
β’ Aid in go-to-market strategies, customer engagement, sales enablement, product positioning, and participation in industry events.
β’ Represent the LCA product portfolio to customers, partners, industry organizations, and at relevant conferences.
β’ Work with senior product and business leaders to prioritize investments and manage the product portfolio effectively.
β’ Convert advancements in LCA methodologies, sustainability data, regulations, and industry standards into product opportunities.
β’ Over 10 years of product management experience, including substantial experience in leading product teams or managing complex product portfolios.
β’ Proven success in building, scaling, and delivering B2B SaaS products, preferably within sustainability, ESG, environmental software, or enterprise technology.
β’ Strong knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies, sustainability data, and frameworks such as GHG Protocol and ISO standards.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead and nurture high-performing product management teams and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
β’ Strong strategic thinking and product vision, with the ability to convert strategy into an actionable roadmap and measurable results.
β’ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
β’ Experience working alongside Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, and scientific teams to create technically complex products.
β’ Strong customer focus and experience utilizing customer insights and market intelligence to guide product strategy and prioritization.
β’ A Master's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Sustainability, or a related field (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with sustainability regulatory and compliance frameworks.
β’ Knowledge of LCA software and platforms such as SimaPro, openLCA, GaBi, or similar solutions.
β’ Experience with LCA databases, environmental product data, or sustainability data platforms.
β’ Background in a global B2B SaaS organization serving large enterprise clients.
